\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tF.e.e.l. (Focus on Emotions and Experiential Learning) is a psychotherapy & personal development center dedicated to nurturing emotional well-being, inner strength, and meaningful personal growth.Through a compassionate and experiential approach, F.e.e.l. supports individuals in gaining deeper self-awareness, connecting with their emotions, and creating positive, lasting change in their lives.

Our journey began in 1985 with Anoixto Scholeio (Open School), a quarterly educational publication that introduced educators to innovative teaching practices and detailed lesson plans designed to foster experiential and collaborative learning. Alongside this, we organized a wide range of experiential workshops, giving participants the opportunity to put new methods into practice.

Over the years, we came to understand that nurturing emotional development requires a more holistic approach\u2014one that embraces the individual as a whole. In 2008, we established Anoixto Sxoleio (Open School) \u2013 Personal Development Center, broadening our work to encompass counseling and emotional support.

In 2018, driven by a commitment to continuous growth and development, we rebranded as F.e.e.l. \u2013 Personal Development Center, with a renewed focus on psychotherapy, counseling, and experiential learning as pathways to self-awareness and greater emotional resilience.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
